When Parent Concerns Become Difficult Conversations is an interactive 90-minute workshop for athletic directors, coaches, and athletic leadership teams. Through realistic high school athletics scenarios, participants practice strategies to navigate differing expectations, strengthen communication, and maintain appropriate boundaries while building more productive relationships with families.
